This IT Services catalog outlines what COE IT provides and what you can expect for each service. Each Fulfillment statement defines scope, typical turnaround time, and any requirements or constraints. Unless otherwise noted, services are available to all COE employees, with select services also available to undergraduate students. Cost recovery rates may apply for specialized, project-based services. Scope and recharge details will be confirmed before work begins.
