The Staff and Faculty Health and Well-being (SFHWB) Program aims to develop, promote and support a thriving culture of health and well-being throughout the UC Davis community.

WorkLife

WorkLife provides programs, policies, referrals and education that enable employees and students to be effective at work, school and home. It encompasses dependent care and family services, workplace well-being, financial support, career flexibility and community involvement.

Academic and Staff Assistance Program (ASAP)

The Academic and Staff Assistance Program (ASAP) offers confidential, cost free assessment, intervention, consultation and referral services to all UC Davis and UC Davis Health faculty, staff and their immediate families. 

Basic Needs Resources

Safety Services created a resource guide with up-to-date information and resources to assist employees in times of need.

Harassment & Discrimination Assistance and Prevention Program

The Harassment & Discrimination Assistance and Prevention Program supports the University's commitment to a harassment and discrimination-free work and learning environment for all members of the UC Davis, UC Davis Health, and University of California Agriculture and Natural Resources (ANR) campuses.

Employee Relations

Employee Relations at UC Davis assists the campus community on issues dealing discrimination, harassment or unfair treatment. The university and various federal and state agencies have established processes for employees to complain about inappropriate or incorrect acts by university employees.

Ombuds Office

The Ombuds Office is a confidential, independent, impartial, and informal problem-solving and conflict management resource for all members of the UC Davis and UC Davis Health campus communities. The Ombuds can assist by listening to concerns, clarifying issues, identifying policies and resources, and providing coaching and communication strategies.
