- Charging Administrative Costs to Federal Grants
- Direct charging of administrative and clerical salaries and other administrative items may be appropriate when it can be demonstrated that they largely meet Uniform Guidance standards. Contact the Associate Dean of Research for more information.
- HPC needs, cost share, and other policies

• If your proposal involves High Performance Computing (HPC) or any special IT needs contact the Associate Dean of Research.
• For cost share requests initiate a conversation with your department chair. We encourage PI's to use Academic Year Cost Recovery (AYCR) to generate funds that can be used in this manner.
