In alignment with the college's Next Level strategic vision for community, we assess, create and implement initiatives to promote a positive organizational culture. Employee engagement, recognition and health and well-being are among the many priorities in this area. Informed by employee experience surveys, we developed and maintain the new employee onboarding checklist, networking groups, town halls and more.
