The college uses the UC Davis Community Web Scheduler (COWS) to share space availability and process reservation requests. All college faculty and staff should have COWS access for the College of Engineering. If you have trouble accessing COWS, please contact IT Shared Services via [email protected].
Custodial Services Update – Effective January 20, 2026
Custodial Services has adjusted the frequency of conference room cleaning from daily to weekly service. Please plan accordingly and be mindful of proper waste disposal after your meeting or event. If waste is generated during your reservation, please dispose of all trash in the outdoor bins located in Lots 44 and 46. Additionally, we kindly ask that you reset furniture to its original layout and vacate the space promptly to respect other scheduled reservations.
Please review and adhere to all space policies as outlined by the managing unit. Non-compliance may result in restricted access to shared spaces.
