Food and drink are permitted in this space. Please follow these procedures:
- Reserve sufficient time before and after your event for setup and cleanup.
- After your event, dispose of food and containers in the recycling bins or dumpsters outside Kemper Hall (near Parking Lot 44).
- Reline trash cans with the extra liners provided.
- Reconfigure furniture to the default layout shown on the map near the room entrance.
- Clean tables with the disinfectant wipes provided in the room.
- Clean up and report any spills immediately. If needed, your department will be billed for professional cleaning.
Failure to comply with these policies may result in the loss of access to the space.
