Diversity, Equity and Inclusion

DEI Committee

The College of Engineering Diversity, Equity and Inclusion (DEI) committee was established by faculty and staff in March 2021. The college DEI Committee advises the dean and leadership team on issues of equity, diversity and inclusion as they relate to faculty, staff and students within the college. Specific goals include providing a safe environment through policies and an inclusive environment, reducing implicit bias in hiring and promotion and ensuring that student have equitable access to learn.
