Note: The Ghausi Lobby is a public area and cannot be entirely restricted from general access during a reservation. You may place signs or notices to inform the public of your private event, including the date and time, but please be aware that people will still pass through this area.
For large events that are expected to generate significant waste or require extra cleaning of restroom facilities, please submit a Custodial Services work order in advance to arrange for additional cleaning. The event host or reservation requester will be responsible for the Custodial Services recharge fee.
