Managing Recordings (Local & Cloud)
Upon the completion of your Zoom meeting, your recording will begin to process. You will receive an email from Zoom when your cloud recording is available, your local recording will have a progress bar displayed on your screen.
Don't forget that cloud recordings are kept for 100 days. Please make sure to download them and archive them outside of Zoom if you believe you'll need the information covered at a future point in time. Likewise, for best practices with data, we recommend backing up the local recording promptly via a storage solution (either locally to an external hard drive or to a cloud service).
