Smartsheet has been successfully used in the Dean’s Office for the past three years and is being extended for use by the COE academic departments. This new system is designed to simplify and enhance the management of non-academic student employees (STDT 2, STDT 3, and STDT 4).

We encourage faculty and staff supervisors to join one of our upcoming Zoom training sessions for a guided walkthrough so that you can maximize your use of the technology being implemented to streamline the student employment process, decrease time searching and/or writing emails, and address your questions. Your participation will help ensure a smooth transition and consistent practices across the college.
