The College has created a new policy allowing LPSOEs to fund their summer salary (up to two months) from their startup funding. The process to pay an LPSOE summer salary includes:
- LPSOE will provide a short plan or justification (a few paragraphs) which must be reviewed and approved by the department chair
- Department chair would then forward the document (or email) to Dean Curtis for approval with a copy to Felix Wu, Jim Schaaf and Jessie Catacutan
- After COE approval, the department will submit an Aggie Service case / ticket for payroll processing
