Campus Ready has developed the following resources to help communicators share information and resources on COVID-19 testing, prevention and directives:
Campus Ready Marketing Toolkit
Communications teams working on Campus Ready materials have compiled files to share with fellow communicators, worksite planners, building facility managers, UC Davis colleagues, students and Davis community members to help spread the word about public health directives and best practices for healthy hygiene.
Campus Ready Slides for Students
A series of “Did You Know” slides that can be displayed at the start of any online meeting with students to highlight the key resources and information that we want them to be aware of and comply with during this time. It is our hope that meeting leaders will choose one or two slides from the deck to display each meeting, rotating them regularly throughout the quarter. Additionally, this slide deck is a living document that is publicly available and can be shared directly with students as you see fit. This could be through email, social media or listservs.
Risk Reduction Messaging
These two images can be used to amplify messaging about public health and preventative measures for COVID-19. The first image lists ten helpful ways to protect yourself, and the second image reminds you to avoid close-contact and crowded spaces.
Images for LCD Screens
These helpful communication images are formatted specifically for LCD screens and social media. They serve as little reminders to take action and play your part in keeping the community safe. The helpful reminders are: wear your required face covering, keep your distance, wash your hands, disinfect shared areas and complete the daily symptom survey.
Video: COVID-19 Testing at UC Davis
The UC Davis COVID-19 Testing page has published a new video showing the steps you'll take to submit a saliva sample for COVID-19 screening at UC Davis. Every student, staff and faculty member on campus will undergo regular saliva testing.
